Going for Double!

Another interesting day in the world of MT'ing! Today, they messed up my line counts and are trying to pay me twice for most every job! LOL.......been going around and around with them for hours and they finally said that I would probably just be paid for it all.....:) Lucky me! Oh well, I am sure they will get it fixed before payday !

As you can see, I am still thinking I NEED TO BE ON VACATION! Islands, Europe, Mediterranean, mountains........you get the picture.

Happy Birthday To Me

Well, another year older, yes it is true....went to eat at the Macaroni Grill tonight and that was really special! THANKS to all!

Do I have any wisdom at this age? If I do, I'll have to let you know later as it escapes me right now. I think of that song that says to "Live like you were dying.." That is the way I want to live my life! I think of my brother-in-law who died of cancer recently at the age of 57....man that is so very short a time. I know he would have done more things and have gone and seen the world if he knew that was all he had left. I want to enjoy life to the fullest and absolutely change my whole attitude from here on out! Okay, I know that is deep, but hey! It is my birthday and I am thinking that way. LOL

Oh another note, work was very very good to me today! Thanks you very much Dr. N for finally downloading all of that work to me, and I especially enjoyed all of those op notes I got! Yes, the free lines were amazing! I made like $75 to $80 an hour for those 2 lovely hours I got to type you today! Yaaaaaaay! Yeah, I am the mad transcriptionist! I wish I could type Dr. N every day, but alas he does not download very often...once every 6 to 7 weeks or so..... Dr. N must have known it was my birthday, right??? NOT LOL

The start of my very own blog!

Well, Europe and getting out of town is definitely on my mind today! I have had it with the work, family obligations, and just about everything.....could it be that I am thinking about getting older tomorrow? Yep, that is it! Oh well, I am forever 29! I have decided that right this minute. I truly have been looking into vacations to Europe. I found out today that the cheapest vacation was like nearly $2500 with airfare for just one person and that is only for 7 days.....Well, this could take a while to come up with. Oh well, castles are waiting on me some day soon I hope!

I have been thinking about what it means to get older, and I think it stinks....but as my hubby says, it is better than the alternative. I look in the mirror and say, "who is that?" Oh right, that is me! LOL In my mind, I am forever 29.....:)

Everybody asks me what I want for my birthday tomorrow, and I want a trip to Europe or the islands, or a cruise, or anywhere but here! Preferably away from work and our present state of taking care of relatives!
